Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Propertych ("we", "us", "our") and its website and exam preparation service at www.propertych.sg (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Propertych provides online study materials, practice questions, and tools to help you prepare for the Singapore Real Estate Salesperson (RES) examination. The Service is for educational purposes only. We are an independent study aid and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Council for Estate Agencies (CEA), any examination body, or any government agency.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Payment and access

• Access is sold as a one-time payment for a fixed access period (for example, 30 days or 90 days), as described at checkout.
• Prices are shown in Singapore Dollars (SGD). We are not currently GST-registered, so no GST is charged.
• Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Your access begins once payment is confirmed and ends at the end of your access period.
• Promotional prices or discounts are valid only for the period stated and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

4. Refunds

Because the Service provides immediate access to digital content, payments are generally non-refundable once access has been granted. If you believe there has been a billing error or you experienced a technical problem that prevented access, contact us and we will review your request in good faith.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, or transfer your account or access to others.
• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish our content outside your personal exam preparation.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to extract content or data from the Service.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Service, including questions, explanations, text, and design, is owned by Propertych or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the content solely for your own exam preparation during your access period.

7. No guarantee

We work hard to keep our content accurate and aligned with the relevant syllabus, but the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the content is error-free, complete, or up to date, and we do not guarantee any particular examination result. You remain responsible for verifying important information against official sources.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Propertych shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from your reliance on the content or your examination outcome. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time. Access periods already purchased are subject to the refund terms above.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
